By using Delixr, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Delixr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.
Delixr provides meal planning, dish suggestions, inventory management, shopping support, and household cooking-management features. Delixr is an organizational and recommendation tool and does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional dietary advice.
You are responsible for verifying ingredients, allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, and food safety before preparing or consuming any meal.
Delixr may offer multiple subscription plans or tiers, including Premium, Premium Plus, and future plans. Each plan may have different features, prices, billing periods, trial offers, and eligibility requirements. The applicable plan details and price will be shown before purchase.
Subscriptions may include a free trial or introductory offer where available. When a trial or introductory period ends, the applicable subscription price shown at the time of purchase will be charged automatically unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial or current billing period ends.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and Premium access may continue until that date.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or change your subscription according to the options and rules provided by Apple or Google. Changes may take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled according to the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play refund policies. Delixr does not directly process refunds for purchases made through those platforms.
Delixr may introduce, modify, or discontinue subscription plans and features. Any changes to an active subscription will be communicated where required by applicable law or platform policy.
You retain ownership of the dishes, recipes, and other content you create or upload. By using Delixr, you grant Delixr a limited, non-exclusive right to use anonymized and aggregated information, such as dish names and ingredient trends, for improving the service, research, analytics, and commercial purposes.
You are responsible for any images, photographs, recipes, or other content you upload to Delixr. You confirm that you have the right to upload and use such content and that it does not infringe the rights of another person or organization.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, offensive, misleading, or infringing. Delixr may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, copy, scrape, misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Delixr or its data. You must not use Delixr to distribute harmful, unlawful, or offensive content.
Delixr may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the service. We may also introduce new subscription plans or modify free features. We will provide notice where required by applicable law or platform policy.
You are solely responsible for decisions relating to ingredients, allergies, dietary restrictions, food preparation, and food consumption.
We may suspend or terminate access to Delixr if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Your use of Delixr is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
