By using Delixr, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. Eligibility & Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use this app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account login used for this app.

2. Health & Dietary Disclaimer

WARNING: Delixr is a tool for organization and suggestion. We do not provide medical or nutritional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying ingredients for allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions. We are not liable for any adverse health effects resulting from following app suggestions.

3. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of the dishes you create. However, by using the app, you grant us a license to use anonymized versions of your data (e.g., dish names, popular ingredients) for our internal research and commercial purposes.

4. User-Uploaded Images & Content

Any images, photographs, or other media that you upload while creating or editing a dish are entirely your responsibility. You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload such content and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights. Delixr is not responsible for any images or content uploaded by users, including but not limited to any content that is inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or that violates any applicable law. You agree to indemnify and hold Delixr harmless from any claims arising out of content you upload.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not attempt to reverse engineer the app, scrape data, or use the app to distribute harmful or offensive content.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delixr and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

7. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to introduce "Premium" subscription tiers or modify free features at any time without prior notice or user consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through individual binding arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
